I am a results oriented professional with a warm and friendly approach to selling real estate. I have lived in the Western Suburbs, (specifically Lisle, Woodridge and Downers Grove), since 1986, and have worked with clients everywhere from Chicago to Plainfield. I earned a spot in the Vice President's Club as a top producer for 2012, and President's Club in 2013.
My background includes a BS degree in Marketing from the University of Tennessee, and 13 years of retail management experience, both store level and corporate. I was licensed in 2005, and have built a successful real estate business in a tough market. I love that I can use my marketing skills to help sell homes, and my customer service skills to work with buyers and sellers to negotiate the best possible deals for them. Outside of the office, I enjoy cheering on my teenagers in their endeavors, reading and discussing books with my friends and going to cruise nights with my car-enthusiast husband during the summer.
Learning as much as I can about the constantly changing industry is important to me, prompting me to complete my GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) designation in 2013. That's 90 hours of coursework, teaching negotiation tactics, tax laws, strategies for investors and much more.
In 2009, I earned my CREN designation which is: Certified Real Estate Negotiator. I have learned valuable techniques to help get the best deals for my clients.
Also in 2009, I earned the SFR designation: Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource, allowing me to help homeowners navigate through that complicated selling process.
