Everything ran very smoothly, no surprises, even when we canceled one of the closings. It was a pleasure to work with your team.

Rita from day 1 walked me through the process, answered all of my questions and guided me through the negotiating of final selling price. She was very knowledgeable on day 1 of the sales within my neighborhood and what price my house could sell for. I would recommend Rita to my friends and family when they are ready to sell their house.

Rita was amazing to work with - my husband and I are from out of state and Rita was amazing acting as not only realtor but as tour guide to IL. She was extremely patient with my 500 questions and was always available when I reached out, with recommendations / sound advice on the houses and the whole home buying process. I would 100% recommend Rita to anyone who is looking for a realtor - she is a real gem - she knows what she is doing, was fun to work with and is a truly lovely person.

I highly recommend Rita Raden if you want an experienced, professional agent who knows the market, responds immediately and goes above and beyond for her client. Rita did a great job marketing and pricing my Downers Grove home competiitively, which brought many showings and a quick offer and sale! She's also a very nice person, can't recommend her enough. Thanks Rita!

Rita went above and beyond for us! She is professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Her expertise made the process so easy for us. I would recommend her highly!

Rita sold our Townhome in Downers Grove. She took it upon herself to have it professionally cleaned so it presented well. After listing, it sold within 3 weeks. Couldn't have been happier with the whole process and the service Rita provided.

Rita did a great job for us. The property we were selling had been on the market for at least five years. Rita scouted the market for us, then put together a prospect list and actively marketed our property to them. After a few months we had an offer on our property. Keep in mind the property had been one the market for years prior and we got no offers. Rita then followed through with our buyer and the attorneys on both sides to close the sale. A job well done.

My fiancé and I bought our first home with Rita! She was wonderful from start to finish. She took extra time to help us with all our first time questions and was very flexible with scheduling home tours. She picked up on all our cues on our personal preferences and we never felt pressured to put an offer in. She helped us get our perfect home! Rita was a great negotiator and followed up consistently with the seller getting answers to all our questions. I definitely recommend Rita to those looking to buy or sell.

Rita Raden was more than helpful with helping us find our dream home. She stayed in touch with us often and sent us leads that were very helpful. She was always available when we needed her. She has excellent communication skills. Always getting back to us very quickly with leads that she had sent us or following up with any request asked of her. I would recommend her to anyone looking for that impossible house to find. She is hard working and you can tell she enjoys her job. She stayed in touch with us day and night. All the way to the last day when it came to closing on our home. I can not say enough nice things about her. Iliana and I have found more than a neighborhood realtor. We found a friend ! She is the Best !!

Rita is knowledgeable, readily available, and patient - me and my wife highly recommend her for your real estate needs.
A mutual acquaintance introduced us to Rita after we had a negative experience with another realtor. Once we told Rita our house requirements, she quickly signed us up for MLS and provided insight into the geographic area of our choice. She provided expert knowledge about specific neighborhoods that’s impossible to obtain through online research. Moreover, Rita is very knowledgeable about house conditions - she has an eagle eye for spotting potential issues (e.g., water leakage). Her extensive network is impressive and is reassuring throughout the home search process.
Rita is readily available by phone and email, and it was easy to reach her even for one off questions. During one marathon home search day - where we looked at eight houses in a row - Rita provided print outs for each home and even brought along bottled water for my pregnant wife.
In addition, Rita is patient. She’s willing to walk through lots of houses and answer many questions. Furthermore, she does not try to upsell. She kept our requirements in mind during the entire process and did not encourage us to pursue a property that would not be a good fit.
Essentially, Rita is a fantastic realtor and we are confident you will have the same great experience that we did.

I have personally used Rita for one rental and two home purchases. I couldn't imagine using anyone else. She is a credit to her field and I am very impressed with the level of preparedness, professionalism, and integrity that she has shown. She is also personable, easy to work with, and goes above and beyond. She's been present at both home closings and provides the utmost attention to detail and customer satisfaction. I can recommend Rita with absolutely no reservations.
